She seems just as confused about you as you are about her. It seems as if she's almost trying to push you out of her life. Give her a taste of her own medicine; don't contact her as often as usual, and give the cold shoulder when she tries to joke around. If she really likes you, she'll keep trying to get to you. If she doesn't, nothing will change, and you'll find that your life without her is much easier.

Maybe she senses that you like her alot and she is trying her best to politely tell you that she is not interested now, and maybe will never be interested.

Stop going out of your way for her, because it doesn't sound like its getting you anywhere. Maybe you should find someone else that can reciprocate your actions and focus your attention on that person.

Stop it, for your own good. This will hurt more if you don't put a stop to it. The girl is using you and probably doesn't like you very much. If you think I'm being insensitive, it's not me, it's her.
