Who knows, He might be here right now with a disability, so treat everyone you meet as if the Christ.

Most of the men at that time had long hair. Short hair did no t become the norm in this country until the early 1900's. Also disability's are something that humans suffer from, not Jesus.

lol
I think your question has provoked some telling reactions which might make it worth doing! Who would follow a man that had a physical disability? Would it be those who continually cross-reference their scripture-books till they're blue in the face? Or those who could see beyond the physical and recognise a unique spirit within?

My reaction would be nothing I take each and every individual for the person they are not the way they look and the disabilities they may or may not have.

According to the bible, men were not to have long hair that wen past thier sholders, and keep their beards short, and women are never to cut their hair.

1 And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a barber's razor, and cause it to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide the hair.

1 Corinthians 11:15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering.

To divide-A primitive root; to be smooth (figuratively); by implication (as smooth stones were used for lots) to apportion or separate: - deal, distribute, divide, flatter, give, (have, im-) part (-ner), take away a portion, receive, separate self, (be) smooth (-er).

Those depictions is just of mortal man who has never layed eyes on Jesus.

Psalms 118:8 It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.

That he wouldn't be able to approach the altar. The bible says so.

Lev 21:16 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
21:17 Speak unto Aaron, saying, Whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.
21:18 For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
21:19 Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded,
21:20 Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;
21:21 No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall come nigh to offer the offerings of the LORD made by fire: he hath a blemish; he shall not come nigh to offer the bread of his God

well I know that the Jesus you see with long brown hair and brown eyes in movies and paintings is not the same Jesus you will see when he comes back
In the Bible it says
(Revelation 19:11-16)
11I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. 12His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. 13He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. 14The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. 15Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with an iron scepter."[a] He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. 16On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

then i would know it is not really Him. Look at your bible and you will see the priest, Jesus was the type, could not have a disability and serve at the Altar of God. Had to be perfect.

Also he is always depicted as white - surely if he was from Bethlehem he would have a darker shade?!
