I would like to find out what all of those abbreviated programs are and posibly shut off some of them .Hopfully it might speed up my computer there are over 50 of them!!!!!

Usually the best thing to do and see what directory the files are being loaded from. That will often tell what program they are part of and help you decide if you want them to load or not.

The other alternative is to turn them all off, see what fails, and turn only those ones back on. Odds are that 49 of the 50 items you do not need.
