He is almost 18 and he is all the same classes as 15 year olds? Wow, that fact would make me step back and re-evaluate my interest in him.
And yes, there are laws about 18 year olds and 15 year olds. Although it does depend on the state you live in whether they would prosecute him or not.

You will probably be fine together, but just a word of warning, when he turns 18 he will be an adult in the eyes of the law. If either of you have any intentions of becoming sexual please be aware that if your parents found out he could be charged with statutory rape even if it was censentual I hope I am way off base on this.

I would advise staying away from that kind of relationship. Number one, I'm assuming he'll be going to college soon. Two, you could get him into a lot of legal trouble whether you mean to or not. Three, its just not a very good idea. When do you turn 16?

Legally and morally yes, he is too old for you.
Even if you consent to have sex with him it's against the law and he could go to prison for it.
I always have to wonder what is wrong with an adult male that he can't find a girlfriend from women his own age. Maybe you should be asking that question as well?

Im 21 and my bf is 25.
My mom (when i was born) was 36, my dad 23.
When i was in high school, i lost my virginity to my boyfriend. I was 14 (waaaaay too young!) and he was 16. He was almost charged with statutory rape by the state. Luckily, with neither my mom or me pressing charges, he was let off with court diversion.
If you want to be with him, go for it. Im extremely happy with my older bf. However...if you want to sleep with him, wait until you're 16. And if he wont wait, he wasnt worth it anyway.

Spend time together but dont get romantically involved you are both too young for that. As you get older age is less of a problem I am 16 years older than my girlfriend and it is no problem at all.

According to the law, once he turns 18 he automatically becomes a pedophile.
Aren't knee-jerk liberals wonderful?
