You need to get a second opinion. No one on here can give you any real help. She needs to be seen by another doctor, or go to an emergency room. It sounds serious so the best advice anyone here can give you is to see another doctor.

Does she have cancer or a heart condition? Has she lost 10 lbs or greater unexpectedly? Is the blood bright red or a dull red? Bright red means an lower gi bleed and dull means upper gi bleed, I would go to as many dr. as you can because that sounds serious. I hope that you find out what is going on.

Sounds like an iron deficiency to me, but I'm not a MD.
Get her to a another doctor or hospital. If she can't afford it, take her to county hospital. It has a long wait, but she's gotta be seen ASAP.
