DON'T get one through a breeder.
Check http://www.petfinder.com and adopt.
Or go to http://pbrc.net

Do your research on the needs of the breed. Get the dog spayed or neutered. Make sure you are able to keep the dog indoors and contained, so that he does not become a threat or danger to others, and that he does not become a target for cruel pit bull haters.

Make sure where you live allows pit bulls.

Make sure you won't be moving and have to give up the dog due to relocation.

High rollers kennels in las vegas ships all over the us. The aspca here as pits so they might there to. Do not listen to those a$$es that are saying they are mean dogs. My service dog and there is now over a million doing the same work. They would not use them if they were bad dogs.

Hiya, it worries me that you are determined to get a pitt bull pup, but besides that I think that you are probably out of luck. As far as I know any Pittbulls that are in need of homes at the Humane Society and the SPCA are put to sleep as they are on the dangerous dog breed list. As much as I think that these dogs agression (if they are aggressive) is down to the owners, I would rather they be put to sleep, than be victims of pitbull fighting.

You should check the animal shelter. There are plenty of great dogs there that need a loving home. You may want to check with your local shelters to see if you can have that breed in your city.

Check with your local Vet, they can probably help you find one.
