I love these two sites for healthy eating and the food is good.

Here's a link for Italian popcorn. It only calls for 4 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine, so it's still healthy. You can click the links on this recipe site for more flavored popcorn recipes. I only eat airpopped popcorn. My favorite way to eat popcorn is to pop up a big bowl, toss all the unpopped kernels, then drizzle 1 - 2 tablespoons of Smucker's Caramel Sundae Syrup on top. You have to eat it with a spoon to avoid really messy fingers, but this is so easy and good. You'll find the syrup with other ice cream toppings. I also like to drizzle this syrup on a diced apple.
