If he doesnt want you to work, maybe. Because I know a guy who is controlling and cant stand the fact that his wife works so he makes her walk to work somtimes and her work isnt just around the corner. He calls there to check up on her to as if she was going to leave or do something ... she lets him walk all over her. Dont be like her, if you see signs now, do something about it. Good luck :)

You need to dump him. He's like a dictator or something... He shouldn't be the one controlling the relationship and where it goes. He DEFINITELY shouldn't be following you 24/7 and making choices FOR you. Drop him before you get into an abusive marriage or something of that sort.

If that bothers now...probably will bother you and after 1 year. After all it is a problem if he controlles you. If you can handle it than it's ok , but if you don't try to talk with him...and if it doesn't work then...you have to make a further decision.

He is probably very controlling and he has a lot of jealousy. This is sign of insecurity. Try to make him more secure of your feelings and he may get better. Otherwise it could get worse. You are not going to be able to go to the grocery store without him.

Good grief. 10 years from now I am going to read in the newspaper how he had you and the kids locked in a house while he went to work. Get rid of him

There's a thin line dividing obsessive love and control. If you're not comfortable with what he suggests tell him. His reaction should tell you all you want to know.

i don't think you should be with your b/f. this is the start of the end. either he needs to let you be your own person outside of the relationship or there shouldn't be a relationship.
