If I were to cause bodily harm to an illegal alien would I be liable to the law since I think they don't have any rights?
Could I beat some illegals down with my brothers pool cue and not have to worry about being sued?

No, you'd be arrested for attacking them. You can't just beat up any old guy you see on the street, not even illegal immigrants or tourists either. I don't see why'd you go around smaking illegals with a pool cue anyhow. It would still be against the law.

You would be breaking the law it would be assault even though they are here illegaly. even if they did not press charges the states attorney could.
