I used to be really over weight and a lot of guys talked to me, but now that I've lost 60 pounds (and my acne is gone) not very many guys talk to me anymore....I don't get it.

maybe they are still getting use to the new you. I mean it might be shock. Maybe you have changed so much and stuff..boys are confusing. i honestly dont wanna say this, but maybe they liked you the way you were before you lost weight and you had some acne. have you been acting a different way,or hanging out with other people besides boys? If so that is probably the reason why. Try talking to one guy friend at school and ask whats going on.

If your a guy, it might be b/c they're insecure. You can "steal thier chicks" as some guys might say. If you're a girl, however, the guys you talk to are gay.

it's probaly becuase you are more attractive now and some guys are intimidated by attractive women and they fear rejection so maybe you need to be the one to start the conversation.

perhaps many guys see you as being beautiful now that they feel your unapproachable... So talk to them first and then they will began talking to you again.
