Once a year we all get together and have a hot meat party where we have nothing but hot meat - no vegetables or other accompaniments. It's quite interesting what some of the relatives bring round.

Well, this 'tradition' is unintentional, but happens all the time . For more than 40 years, we've been eating mom's burnt biscuits . And we laugh at every family gathering, whether mom cooked or not . She does have a good sense of humor about her biscuits !!

i move round to my girlfriends mom and father homestead on Christmas day and they open there promises in turn . Which takes a at the same time as. I well known the former way me and my sisters ought to easily rip open all our promises and under no circumstances end to seem at what one yet another had were given until eventually ther became not something left to open.

When I was a little kid every Halloween my mom would feed my brother and I Pillsbury wiener wraps and tomato soup for dinner before we went out Trick or Treating. 25 years later she still prepares the same meal on Halloween and insists I go to her house and eat it with her! If I can't make it she still makes this meal and eats it by herself !

My husband says it's my insistance an putting red sauce on bacon sandwiches, I say it's his habit of warming pork pies and eating them with mushy peas and mint sauce !
