No. Just because a small minority of religious people in the world claim they have answers that cannot be questioned, does not mean all religion is characterized by this narrow-minded view.

To me, religion and philosophy are grouped together - and I like how you put it "dealing with questions that can never be answered."

This is one of the 8 points of The Center for Progressive Christianity:

"We find more grace in the search for understanding than we do in dogmatic certainty - more value in questioning than in absolutes."

that is not true, the problem is that people never like the answer to the question that was asked. and further more religion is not the answer to anything! Christ and Christ ALONE is the answer. there are going to be ALOT of religious people in HELL. The bible says that Christ (GOD) likes obedience rather than sacrifice! religion is something that humans do to make themselves feel good or whatever. True victory is found in a real, personal relationship with CHRIST!!

Disagree. Religion needs to be questioned in order to understand it.

disagree as there are many philosophical questions which have had answers at least to the questioner's satisfaction and religion has answers which can be questioned. just look at the various questions asked here if you doubt this statement.

dont agree because religion is not really an answer - philosophy
is the love of wisdom or the study of wisdom.
religion is not the answer jesus is - religion has too many opinions but true spirituality is the answer in jesus christ.
