I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...! Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

Yes, I use Ad-Aware SE Edition from Lavasoft. It is entirely free and can be downloaded from Cnet or download.com or Tucows. It is rated one of the highest and best by Cnet and PC World and is always in the top 10.It does the job quite adequately for all my purposes.
