you basically need a burner or a burn driver, but the one danger of burning DVD's is that the newer ones are protected and you may get the first 11 or so chapters but then they will freeze, but sometimes you get lucky and they work

assuming you have a dvd burner which can burn DVD+R disks, you could use any dvd copying software to burn them. i have listed one below.
