I think this would all depend upon his age, either way explain the rules of the house to him, and that this sort of behaviour is unacceptable. He will argue about this but its not his house its yours. If he is under 18 you have more issues to deal with then just this, perhaps grounding could work in this case, and if any of these partners are over 18 consider pressing statutory rape charges against them.

Why would you kick him out? You allowed him to bring these people into the house and did not say a single word to him about it. Your silence signaled to him your approval of his actions. You allowed it.

If he is a minor you will need to turn him over to the state dept of children and families to have him removed (they will know you are a bad parent because you allowed a minor to bring random people into the house)

If he is an adult, what is your arrangements with him? Do you require him to pay rent? What are your overnight arrangements for guests?

What did you and him agree on? Is it in writting?

Just because it is your house and your rules, you need to communicate them in order to enforce them. The best way to communicate them is to put them in writting so everyone has a clear understanding of what is required.

What would you expect from a total stranger? Do not treat your son any different.

Kicking him out is not the answer . Have you talked to him about the destructive behavior he displays . He must pay for the damages and mend his ways . If all fails and he upsets your life too much , well, I'd say then our the door he goes . Hopefully he is employed and if not, that's just too bad. He can move in with one of his escapades . Where are YOU when all this goes on and what do you do about the noise and racket when he is having his parties ! I am sorry, but personally I would go in there swinging . I am not much for waiting .
Do all you can to bring him to his senses but if it does not work .... don't be a wimp.

I think kicking him out may be a little extreme. Restricting his guests would be more appropriate. Also having him replace damaged furniture would be a good idea as well.

If he is under 18,you legally can't throw him out in the US. If he is over 18, it is really up to you. I would start by telling him that it is unacceptable to have random ppl at your house. I would set boundaries. If he didn't follow them, he wouldbe out.
