No, that merely shows you are coming up on renewal time. However, as soon as you renew you will be given a new certificate of registration. Put it in the glove box along with your current valid insurance card, take all the old ones dating back to 1985 and throw them away. Then when asked you will know exactly where they are.

A certificate of registration only shows the vehicle is authorized by law to be on the road because you have paid for your plates, tags, stickers, whatever. It does not show it is insured, and it definitely does not show you are licenced to drive the vehicle.

Yes. Becuz you havent recieved your new registration card yet.

Must supply proof of renewal and insurance/license. not just one of them.

Not by itself, no. You must hold,and have in your possession, a valid drivers liscense and proof of active insurance as well.
