I need the balloons to stay in an upright position, they have writing on them.

We used to rub them real hard on our hair to make static electricity and then put them on the walls. It worked, believe it or not.

Short piece of tape about an inch long, rolled in half ends stuck to its self.

Place the tape on the wall where you want the balloon, then stick the balloon to it.

Fold the type aroud with the sticky side out and touches the balloon and then stick it to the wall.

Use double stickem tape or masking tape and roll in a small circle, so both sides are sticky.
