I now look my age, but several years ago I could pass for a mid teen, 15 though I was 20. If it weren't for my hard to shave facial hair, I might pass for younger today. Is it a turn off to look kind of boyish, or is there some acceptability there?

The really fantastic about guys who have baby-faces is that they look absolutely incredible when they get older! Consider yourself blessed.

It's not a turn-off. And look at the bright side, someday if you pass for your 20's when you are in your 30's you will be the envy of everyone!
