You could put your "hobby" to use and make paper mache' with the little bits. I don't think it's bad. I think it's a great way to deal with your frustrations. My grandmother use to throw potatoes at the fence! Just be lighthearted about it and if it eases your mind and you're not hurting anyone, go for it. And...godloveya.

yes it can be very important - makes it easier to shred if you are going to recycle etc :o)
