Boullion is good, but if you want another idea, try condensed soup (Campbells), like the pepperjack cheese with your chicken, or cream or mushroom or celery with your beef. The condensed tomato soups are great with pork.You don't even need to add water. The juices from the meat will make a nice sauce when they combine with the soup.

All you need to do is to choup some onions use minced garlic and throw it in there with the meat. Also make sure you season the meat real good before you start to cook it and if you use a little stock it gives it moisture and added flavor. You know chicken stock for chicken and beef stock for beef

Lipton makes really good flavor packets. You drop in the meat, add the packet and instead of water use beef or chicken broth. Delicious!
