if u have lost your contact microsoft and they will give u a new one or tell you what yours is if you registered your windows.
or look for the sticker at the side of the aka COD.

I would think it unlikely that someone would give their key out. This is proof of purchase. If you lose your key, you're pretty much $^%#&% and would need to purchase another. Sorry.

is there plates or stickers on your base unit of your computer it should be there
