that's what i'd like to know.
They are basically not happy, thats why they want to vent it out on other people

People are rude out of ignorance. As humans we have to be taught manners we are not born with them. Parents may teach their children good manners, but somewhere along the way the children may go about things differently. Some of the worst manners I've seen come from adults or young adults that have had manners shoved down their throats. I once saw a man eating mashed potatoes with his hand, while in the other hand there was a fork and he was trying to eat peas with it. If that were me i would have been eating mashed potatoes with the fork and peas with my fingers, or use 2 forks, or a fork and a spoon, or 2 spoons or just suck them both off the plate with my mouth. Clearly he had not been taught good manners.

They have no home training, they think that if they can be rude and push people around that they'll get their way. Many becoming rude due to short temper and lack of patience.

Some people don't know they are rude, they just don't think. Others are rude on purpose to get their way and bully.

I don't know. I was standing in a grocery line with my cousin and this lady behind me kept pushing me and yelling at me to get out of her way. I should have wished her a happy thanksgiving, but I was so shocked at her behavior, I forgot.

because they only think of themselves and not others. they think their opinions and desires and needs are the only important thing and everyone else should just step aside. sad, isn't it? what i wouldn't give for people to work on their common courtesy again.
