I'd have to experience it to fully understand it. In other words, I just don't know.

It is a grea mantrs ha works . The secret of happiness is not to do unto otheres what you would not like otheres do unto you. Tha do unto others which if done to youy by otheres would make you happy.. Youneed nothing else to be happy in life.. I rea people politely , If otheres also trea me the same way , I shall really e happy. Bu unfortunately , many people are different because of their cultural background. you have gotto get on with that . because ,this life is envanscent really and we are only characters in the drama of life and you will never replay this drama aain . It is a single show for every one of us and we will never have the opportunity of playin it again. It is jus like the leaves of a tree tha fall during the fall season,The leaves that fell once do not grow again in the tree.Tehy go backto the soil and turn into something else - hey undergo a reincarnaion. we also undergo the same process , I is only he diratiin , that differes from species to specises . bu not the process , it is the same for all and for everything .

Hi - That is the litmus test isn't it?
Can we reach the place where we are not only aware of that principle, but are practicing it?
I have tried to do that since becoming a Christian, because that is the accountability factor and has so much meaning. We don't know how far our actions will go out or who will see them - knowing we are Christians. I still fall short - and I realize it is often with the ones I am closest to and love the most ( just like they say in sermons!) I have to show evidence of my love for God and appreciation of his love and care for me. And do this by being loving to others the way Jesus was.
God Bless and thanks very much for the reminder.

I am always elevating my motives for my behavior. I want people to be direct and to the point with me. Honesty is above all. I try to do the same. There are those times I choose my words carefully and walk the the long way around something only because the person I am speaking to cannot handle directness

I am often treated worse than what I dole out, and so I suppose that there would be little change. I do not send hate mail, nor do I burn chuches, even though I believe organized religion spreads ignorance and hatred. I do not berate undeserving people, nor do I threaten them. I may be harsh where such words are deserving and necessary, but I do not blindly lash out.

Sometimes a little hurt. But fine generally, when I got to know their intentions I would over look their blunt way of saying things.
