I'm just curious to see what you people in the wide world believe. I myself have my own beliefs about the matter. It is this: No. A true Christian would NOT kill ANYONE.

Love the sinner, hate the sin. It is as simple as that.

Now tell me what your thoughts are on this matter.

you are correct, those people that go out and bomb clinics and kill people are not true Christians. the mistake that people make is thinking that just because someone calls themselves a christian that they are in fact a christian. and that is just not true!! the bible says you will know them by their fruits. in other words, are they living in a manner that is in accordance with the bible! not a perfect life, but a life that is pleasing to God. Those other people, the ones that bomb clinics in the name of Christianity are just like the terrorist in my opinion. they have corrupted the very scripture which they are claiming to follow.

The unfortunate part of being affiliated to any group or organization is a few ruin it for all.

The people blowing up clinics are actually the fanatics.

Though in my spirit I wish I could, acting on it is the sin and I ask for forgiveness for even thinking it.

See it is such a touchy subject and so many people are so passionate about it they take it too far. I don't mean I want harm done to anyone when I would have a passing thought myself. Please don't get me wrong. What I am saying is I want it to stop, the senseless killing is murder and if your boyfriend beat you up and you lost your child he would be a murderer. But if a woman can go and decide to use a machine to suck the life right out of her, or worse be injected with a solution that will make the fetus burn until dead, this is acceptable.

God will forgive them if they ask for it and I hope all Christians aren't judged by these fanatics!!

I believe you are exactly right. As our Savior once told Peter, "Those who live by the sword shall also die by the sword." I wish we as christians would stop acting like everyone else sins but us! We ALL sin and are in need of a Savior! We like it when God is patient enough to wait for us to come and give our lives to Him, but then we don't have patience enough ourselves to work with the abortionists in a peaceful and respectful manner! Very sad. We are told to preach the Word. The Word has a power all it's own according to the Bible. Men's hearts either recieve it, or they don't. But it's in God's hands after we deliver the Word. Resorting to property damage in the name of God simply reveals those of us who have not properly understood the message of the gospel. Jesus was not a terrorist and neither should we be!

What is the percentage of Christians that have bombed abortion clinics? I believe that might answer your funny question.
Christians do other things, like go to a Baptist church and get saved, and are holier than you, and are guaranteed a spot in heaven even if they sin, while good people who have other Gods will burn in hell and scream forever. But that's a whole other story.
Thanks for the funny questiojn though.

I think you mean; Are Christians truly Christians period! The whole religion thing has turned into merely a large business with lots of tax benefits, To be "Christ-like" is to love and mostly forgive, I can tell you first hand the church of today doesn't forgive or love, they just keep trying to out do the church down the street on who can build the biggest church and fill it the fastest!

A true Christian, has the knowledge that God sees all and knows all. God has a plan for all things that come about . These are things that we as Christians, are to keep in our prayers continuously. Misguided individuals, We are all God's Children. Some of us know this, and many others don't. These acts you speak of are the way of the world, not of God. (AMEN)

i do no longer think of it particularly is ludicrous. no rely in case you kill ONE human in the call of something you think or no rely in case you kill tens of millions the fault is the two abhorrent, as quickly as you talk such crimes the certainly variety fades in choose of the atrocity of murdering. they are terrorists, imposing their very strict ideals by murders, merely like many different radicals, no rely if or no longer they could be Islam extremists, nationwide extremists, Christian extremists etc. "Do you experience that the deaths through abortion health center bombings even analyze to the murders completed hourly everywhere in the earth by an quite radical faith?" you start up from pondering a faith variety as inherently defective and proceeding to do incorrect. i'm unsure if it particularly is authentic, I mean Islamic ideals, merely like Christian ideals or Taoism, as an occasion, recognized from the desire to do solid, subsequently the huge majority following a faith is merely no longer companies to extremes. What i understand a pair of religion is that pushing it too far will take you faraway from the very spirit in which you think. As an Atheist, I also have a deep appreciate for all religions, precisely because of the fact they seem as a desire for solid, i could no longer accuse a faith consistent with se for the failings a number of its followers do in its call.

Of course killing people even if they do something against your religion is wrong. An eye for an eye? A life for a life? The Bible clearly states thou shall not kill. That means thou shall not kill, even if you think that it may end up saving innocent lives. It is just plain wrong to take another life regardless of religious beliefs.

What if they save a baby from an abortion and that baby grows up to be an abortion doctor?

Would they then feel it's OK to kill it?

I agree. A true Christian would not murder anyone. But you have people who are so tightly wrapped on this issue, they no longer act rationally

I seriously doubt that Christ would approve of blowing people up, even if the intent is to prevent abortions. That sort of actions would not be in agreement with His teachings... just like abortion.
