A Turducken. It's a oneless chicken stuffed inside a boneless duck inside a semi-boneless Turkey with layers of stuffing in between the different birds. I believe it was invented by Chef Paul Prudhomme but you can get them all over and at tons of sites online now.

TurDucken, but it can't be as good as the ten-bird roast that is championed by celebrity chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall of River Cottage fame. Although it does contain over 10000 calories, cost around £160 to prepare and takes over 9 hours to cook.
The turkey is stuffed with a goose, duck, mallard, guinea fowl, chicken, pheasant, partridge, pigeon and woodcock.

It's a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey. It supposed to be quite tasty but, I'm not a huge fan of duck. It's too fatty and has a gamy type taste.

i seen that on river cottage with that hugh whitengly or something and he had about 10 birds in total it looked amazing. cant remember what it was called though
