Yes you can do it your self, but you need to be careful. All low lights are is a darker color,so all you need to do is buy the color you want. Do them like you would low lights and use foil to keep them seperated from the hair you don't want colored. Hope I made sense. Good luck

There's a line called Custom Effects, available at Shopper's Drug Marts, they have a unique applicator brush that's very good for the home use. Apply the same as highlights, and they should look awesome!

Roughly 10-15 dollars.

The momentum transferred with the help of employing bouncing a photon off some ingredient ( or having it absorbed) is larger if the frequency is larger. Your difficulty-free waves are particularly some photons and the skill interior the wave is proportional to the skill in a individual photon* the kind of photons in preserving with 2d you're pumping out, so in words of skill transferred it really is not major what the wavelength (frequency) is different than in words of the performance of manufacturing, guiding and reflecting/absorbing the photons (for a similar skill (or intensity) you want to apply particularly some low skill photons or fewer, intense skill protons). optimal perfect of fulfillment

Yes, it's possible. Go to any drugstore and pick out a kit. There are good instructions, plus you can visit their website. But, follow the instructions faithfully.
