ok heres some more details.

1. i do not have dry skin, in fact it is quite oily especially around the nose.

2. i do drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. more than 10 glasses i think.

3. i live in singapore, so sun exposure is nothing special.. but i do not wear sunscreen.. maybe thats the problem. but my mum doesn't allow me to buy it because she said im too young to apply anything onto my face.

4. i wash my face with cleanser, later the toner and finally moisturiser.

5. and i don't smoke.. smoking is bad for health.. i won't do anything to harm myself ;)

6. most of my family members only have wrinkles after the age of 35+???

7. and finally i really hope iam just overreacting......! but i need you people to provide me with more info! :)

First thing that shoud be asked is how bad are those wrinkles. Are you sure you're not overreacting? Because small wrinkles under your eyes are normal, they do need to move after all.
If you're not exagerating then I believe you should follow Goldenhawk's advice and see a dermatologist.

I have several suggestions. I'm a cosmetologist and Independent Consultant for Arbonne Swiss Skin Care.

1. If you tan...STOP! That is like making beef jerky! Same concept..dries your skin out.
2. Drink a lot of water...at least 6-8 glasses/bottles a day.
Hate water? try adding lemon or lime...Still hate it? Brewed Tea is next best. Skin hydrates best from the inside out.
3. Use a GOOD skin care line...like Arbonne Intelligence line. It's pricey....but will last 6-9 months. (you can buy the products wholesale if you sign up, (it's only $29 for a whole year) e-mail me for more info.....check out the products on their site http://www.arbonne.com
It's pure swiss skin care, botanically based, dermatologist created.
4. Don't smoke....that causes even more wrinkles.
5. Use a makeup with sunscreen in it.
6. Use a night cream after you shower or wash your face at night.
7. never ever use regular bar soap on your face..too drying.
Ok....I'm done....
Best of Luck 2 ya!

I feel sorry for you, sometimes these things are genetic, but having said that it's important to look after your skin from a very early age, I started at about 12 and am 42 now with no wrinkles. I've always taken supplements which enhance your skin (ask at your local health food shop). Plus remember to invest in good skin care and stick to a routine religously, always take your make up off at night and buy a very good anti-aging moisturiser for night time. Good luck!!

well, seems like you've been having the same problem with me. I'm gonna tell you this.....drink eight glasses of water every single day. Girlfriend i know its really hard. I tried it for the first couple of days it was like torture to me and it really cramped my style. But after four weeks i felt and my skin looked soooooo wonderful. At first, your skin might seem more terrible like mine did, the water is just flushing out all the spots, wrinkles, stress etc. Then when its done that get ready to welcome perfect looking skin annd a brighter face too. Good luck.

Do you have dry skin? Usually the skin gets wrinkly from too much sun exposure and not taking off your make up at night or lack f moisture.
drink at least 8 8ounced glasses of water each day
moisturize!
Wear sunscreen with at least 15 spf

I AM SORRY ABOUT IT, GO TO A DERMATOLOGIST SO THEY CAN HELP YOU, MAYBE ITS DAMAGE YOU'VE DONE TO THE SKIN BY BEING ON THE SUN TO MUCH OR THINGS YOU'VE EATEN.
