Food. Hopefully kosher food, but that depends on how kosher the Jewish person in question happens to be.
For those who keep kosher all fresh fruits and vegetables are kosher (unless contaminated by bugs). Fish is kosher if it has both scales and fins. Meat from properly kosher killed and inspected beef, chicken, turkey, etc is all acceptable.
Prepared, boxed and canned food will carry a kosher mark on the package if it is kosher.

I had an english muffin, lightly toasted for breakfast, with a coffee.
For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich.
I worked late at work and there is a Wendy's here, so I got a double burger with a side salad. It wasn't kosher meat but I asked for no cheese.
I'm thinking of making a snack now before I go to bed.

Many eat Kosher. There are numerous rules and regulations about what is acceptable. Mostly it has to do with what the animal eats, how it is killed and how the food is prepared.
