There will only come other cats that will be "getting your car" why don't you buy a car cover. Next year your car will be all dented from the parking lots and so scratched from road debris that the cat will be the least of your worries. If you dump the cat off somewhere there will be a bad hail storm that will make your car look like hell. It's called "Karma".

Dropping your cat off somewhere would be extraordinarily cruel, it is a living being, your car is not. Get a squirt bottle, whenever you see it on your car, yell no! and squirt it once. If you decide that your car is too important, find a good home for your cat.

First close all your windows and the doors then put water on your car. Whenever it goes on pour water on it. Or you can get a very sensative alarm system and whenever the cat will go near it the alarm will go on and it will scare it away.
