Drink lots of clear fluids so you don't get dehydrated. When your stomach settles, try to eat some bland food, like plain rice or dry toast (nothing on it). If puking continues for more then a couple of days, see a doctor. It could be something more serious then a bug.

if u vomit A LOT then go to the ER and if u see spots of blood in your vomit. if it is only like a small amount then drink some water brush your teeth and lay down it could be a stomach virus or you could have drunk to much if you are married or have a boyfriend have him clean it up or when you feel better get up and clean it

Make sure a friend or family member knows how sick you are and can bring you some Gatorade. You don't need to drink a lot at one time. Just sip it as much as you can.
