wondering why do girls go for bad boys. I mean I had this crush on this girl who was single when I met her. At first we started being friends but then this jerk came between us and she chose to be with him rather than with me. And yes she did know how I felt about her.
Anyway from what I have heard about this guy is that he is a real player and has had more girls than I can count. So why would she chose a jerk over me. I mean I am a nice guy, kind, caring, confident, and funny at times I mean I am not even ugly I am 5ft9 I have a six pack I mean please tell me I really want to know why girls pick bad boys. And if I should start being one or not because it is obvious being a nice guy is not what you want is it.

Bad boys are apealing for a time....they are exceiting. But in the end what most women want is a nice guy who treats them right. My husband tells this story about this girl he when with and she dumped him for a bad boy. After he and I got married we ran into the women at a club and she told my husband, "You were the best thing that ever happened to me and I was so stupid. He turned out to be a real jerk." Of course, by then I had already snatched him up and she was left out in the cold. But she really regretted dumping the nice guy and getting in with the bad boy...she got burned for it in the end. I suggest that you forget her and look for a nice girl. The nice girls are probably not the most popular girls because the popular girls are popular for all the wrong reasons. And the nice girls are not popular because they actually have ethics and values. When I was in school I wouldn't have sex, wouldn't drink, wouldn't smoke and wouldn't do drugs....wasn't allowed to date until I was 16. My parents made me dress modestly. Guess what? I wasn't very popular. I wasn't asked to prom, wasn't asked to the home coming dance and all of those things. What a nice guy needs to do is look for a nice girl and forget about who's popular.

please dont change the way you are, you sound like a really nice guy, maybe she just wasnt the one for you. sometimes us girls think that the bad guys will be exciting but from my experience they usually and up being idiots!!! A bad boy mite seem like a good idea fot a little while but in the long run theres nothing better or more attractive than a caring, confident funny nice guy!!:)

Girls don't care much for guys they can easily have. Try this, go to a place where you know there will be girls alone one day, then go the next day with a female friend. I promise you will get more attention from girls with a female at your side simply because you look better if you seem to not be easy to have.

not all girls want bad boys, it just so happened that she did.i guess part of the reason some girls go for the bad boy is because with them you never know what to expect. so,it is a thrill.I'm not saying go out and be a bad boy, because then you wont be you. you know i have found that there are alot of girls out there that are shy and quiet, and they get looked over by guys all the time. maybe you are missing someone that would be better for you,so the next time you walk passed a girl that walks with her head down because she knows know one is going to talk to her. get her attention, and say hello.

It's the danger element and also the challenge of being the chosen one by someone who is popular with others. Try being more flirty and certainly have that six pack on view, that would be a real head turner

Some women like the danger,the excitement, like to go against the rules. Think the relationship will be more fun. Not too smart because the "nice" guys can be fun and exciting too, and dependable, honest, faithful, etc.

some girls like adventer the dont like predicable you can be nice and still be exciting just dont be so predicable do things like will blow her off her feet something that she would never see you do just not nothing bad make it exciting girls just like excitment and most of the time the bad boys give us excitment just do something exciting with her.
