I've never heard of it, but looking at this website, it sounds good...

lol sorry you mean CREPES I almost didnt know what you were talking about. Dont worry but spelling is usually worse LOL.
Anyways here:

1 1/2 c flour
1 ts Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk
2 tb butter or oil; melted/cooled

Please note that the first one should be used as waste because you use it to get the pan to the right temp thats working for you. Once you do that the rest will work and stay together. Do Not change heat after the first sacraficed one thats the trick. I know this will help if you fallow my advice (Im from a french background) Add anything you want have fun my favorite is strawberry, nutella, and vanilla ice cream
