Please help me!!! I've been trying to figure this out for three days!!?

I recently downloaded the final fantasy 7 game for pc at http://www.planetddl.com/download-Final+Fantasy+VII-81830-serial-keygen-crack-full-version-by-Warez_Life.html
and i had to download three files for the game, SETUP.EXE, SETUP-1.BIN, and SETUP-2.BIN. Anyways, the last two were broken into 6 different files. So, i downloaded all of the files(13 in all)
Now the website told me to download WinRAR so i can combine the six broken files into one for the setup-bin1 and the six bin2 files into one. So I tried using WinRAR, but it makes no since. Can someone tell me what i have to do to combine The broken files
using WinRAR? If you don't know what im talking about please visit the website.

OK, so you've downloaded WinRAR now and it's installed on your pc. Now download all those program files you need. Make sure that all the six WinRAR files are all the SAME SIZE except for the last one, which can be smaller. If, for example, the third file is smaller than the first two, you need to download it again. If all goes well and you've successfully downloaded all the files and made sure that they're the same size (except for the last one which, again, can be smaller), right-click any one of the 6 files and click "Extract here." The files should begin extracting and be automatically converted into one file again. If something went wrong (if one of the first 5 parts are not equal in size), WinRAR will stop and a pop-up will appear telling you what the problem is and which of the files it's located. You need to download that file again. If all goes well and the files were successfully extracted, you can delete the six WinRAR parts already. Hope this helps.

I liked Herptiles answer; but would like to add one bit.

I had a game that I had to download in pieces.
I discovered that as long as the parts were in seperate folders, that the game would not operate.

I created a new folder for all the parts combined to rest in.
Then I opened each of the dowloaded folders
and dragged all the individual parts into the one new folder; so that all of the files could see each other.
It worked!

To drag multiple files at the same time
click the first > hold down your SHIFT key >
then click the last > left up the shift key>
all the files should still be highlighted.
With your cursor grab/hold down your left mouse button >and drag the lot
to the new folder, when hovering over it it should turn blue > then let go the mouse button.

Do this for every file for the program.

When you are finished, right click the folder and select RENAME...give it the game name.

You can then make a shortcut for your desktop from the icon file "icon*"
Open the folder > right click the icon file > select Send Shortcut to desktop.

Now to put the FOLDER (not the icon) where it belongs:
1. RIGHT click your START button > select EXPLORE
2. In the Explore window left panel, scroll down to Programs
3. Drag the New game folder from your desktop over and drop it on the Explore window Programs Folder.

Just drag all of the pieces into Winrar. You should see only ONE file inside. Drag that file out. Voila! A single file.

And I'd erase the name of the program from the question if I were you.
