why does everyone want to become blonde n blue eyes?

i have nothing against dem .im just wondering why everyone is becoming blonde and blue eyes.meing being dat combination is the perfect woman??

you're right at some point, but you're also wrong.
i have the tannest skin and the darkest hair but everybody says i'm "an exotic beauty" or a beautiful, gorgeous girl.
because thats how i am.
i don't have skin like milk and honey
i don't have silky blond hair
but i'm not disappointed AT ALL that i don't have any of those barbie traits.
in fact, barbie was my nickname at some point. when they gave me that nickname, they didn't look at my hair color or my eye color, they looked at the beauty in me and gave me that nick name.
you see, not everybody wants to become a blonde with perfect blue ocean eyes.
yes, a lot of ppl do, but on the other hand, the real smart ppl love themselves for WHO they are, not WHAT they look like.

its just the media who created the whole "it" look with the platinum blond hair and the shiny blue eyes and the blablabla.

(i don't have ANYTHING against blondes or blue eyes , i think thye are really pretty, its just that i can't stand people who think they are better than anyone else. dont u??)

Blonde hair and blue eyes are recessive genetic traits, meaning they are rather rare. People like the stuff that's harder to find. Personally, while I like having blue eyes, I wish my hair wasn't blonde sometimes. People always assume you are either a ditz or an ice queen.

I have brown hair and green eyes...I am far from perfect, but choose to stay this way.......I like the way I look. I just figure that if god wanted me to look like barbie, he would have made me that way. some people like that look, just like others do not. I don't know why it has become the norm to blend in with everyone else, I'll just stand out, I like it better that way anyway!

same reason as blondes are going brunette and brown eyed. no one knows. u just do it.
it might be because Hitler was killing people who werent blue eyed and blonde. maybe theres a new hitler or something.

i have long blackish brown hair and hazel eyes and i wouldn't trade them for anything in the world, people who want to change who they are, are just Barbie wannabies
