HI timjbart i have a cano 350d all accessories and camera cost me 800 dollars 3months ago nothing else wil do i use mine for motocycle road racing here in Ireland i use nothing else great results every time

So far the cheapest SLR digital camera is the Olympus C-750 Ultra Zoom.It has only 4 megapixels but has a powerful 10x optical zoom.The C-750 has the biggest zoom range and the lowest estimated price of any camera in this class.

I have a canon rebel slr I paid $1000.00 new but ive seen them on ebay for half the price great camera

Although not a Nikon user, I would suggest trying to find a good deal on a Nikon D50 - they are great, and please dont let 'only' 6 megapixels put you off - great value for money
