A breathing technique, breath through your nose(if possible) or mouth(if not} to the count of 5 for maximum lung capacity, hold for 10 sec. or as much as you can and exhale SLOWLY by the end using stomach muscles to push more air out. Do this 3 or 4 times a day when you are sick and a couple of times a day when you are well to keep your immune system stronger. The idea is massive oxygen treatment, paramedics,doctors and hospitals use oxygen mask no matter what the condition. (The first few times you might feel Dizzy because your body is not used to so much oxygen intake)

get some of that nite quill pm to help sepress the symptoms and it will make you sleep you need alot of rest and i dont know if you like baths but i always take alot of them when im sick and i seem to get better really fast also if you have a humidifer if you dont get a big pot of water and let it boil on the stove and th e steam works like a humidifier .

Carefully you don't overdose on vitamin C, can cause damage to liver. Take lots of water.
what works for me is Tera-Flu (night time) available at your local drugstore or pharmacy. Take one sachet mix in warm water and drink, get plenty of sleep and........ walla.... good as new.

None of the above. Go to your doctor at the first sign of flue, and ask for tamiflue it will not cure it, but it will make you feel much better while you have the flue
