It is such good news when your pet birds begin to lay eggs. Your laying female is obviously happy to lay her eggs in the cup.
Therefore I would leave her be and do not move or disturb them.
Birds are very adaptable when it comes to nesting. I should think your biggest problem would be if she hatches the young and they grow up... I would try to purchase two or three nest baskets to place in your cage and hopefully she will start to nest in there.
Good luck with your breeding

Generally the male only mates with one female and they feed their babies together. The other female has claimed the nest, so she has to lay in the food dish. Which female does the male stay around? If neither one, then the eggs are most likely not fertile. In ten days you'll know.
You really only need one more nest. Leave the eggs where they are. You should put in another food dish for now.

Put the nest in another location. DId they ever go in the nest? If they did then i consider you to put the eggs in the nest. O wait did you provide them with nesting material?
The second thing is even after you did what i mentioned above and they are still laying eggs in the bowl, then i guess you have to move the bowl to a lower part of the cage.

You should have one nest for each female and another for the male who will have to sleep out while the females are sitting. Also change the food cup to the covered type so they can only stick their heads in. The male may have to come out after the hatching until the babies grow.

If I were you, I would'nt touch them. The bird knows what she's doing. Hope this helps
