How bout speak from the heart. Is it really romantic to take some else ideas and use them for your gf?
When you speak from the heart on your feelings about her, the relationship and how u enjoy her and her company, the words will flow natural.

How about spending a little time and write your own? Think back of all the memories you have with her and how you feel about her, things like that. Try to insert her name into the poem to make it more personal. Sweep her off her feet!

You can find poems on google. Something I did for my boyfriend was I wrote out 110 things I love about being with him. He liked that!

I think you need to write it yourself. Write about a good time you and her had together :) like a special memory, perhaps? that would make me smile and I would know he cares.
