There are a few that could be put in the air without very much work. A group of French engineers at Le Bourget Air and Space Museum in Paris continue to keep some of the Concordes owned by Air France in near-flight condition, and they are trying to get them back in the air sometime in the near future.
There are two that they occaisionally run, to keep them in good order.

The British Air Concordes remaining in Britain are in much less air-worthy condition, and will most likely never be airworthy again.
Currently, The US has 3
Scotland has 1
France has 6
The UK has 6
Germany has 1
Barbados has 1
