Ahhhh poor baby. You want me to rub your tummy and make it feel better.Or u could just drink plenty of water and maybe a peice of toast with some scambled eggs and wait it out.I really doubt someone spiked your drink. You just either drank to much of drank different kinds of booze. The older u get your body changes.I think it is trying to tell u something.Good luck.

As much as I hate to say it pal, you got s-faced, and are hungover. I know when I was 20 I could drink 18 beers and not feel a thing the next day. I'm 31 now and three or four will make me sick the next day. It sucks.

I don't envy you one bit, we're feeling fuzzy ourselves after T-day dinner last night. I should have known not to switch beers and drink that nasty Corona stuff but it was all they had.

Take it easy, sip water, and try some chicken noodle soup. A brothy one like Campbells. You're feeling the effects of losing salt in your body, and Campbells has a ton of sodium, but it's also soothing and will put a little something in your stomach.

Best of luck!

Try Alka Seltzer or Pepto and drink ice water - rest and you'll feel better in awhile - usually starts to wear off in a few hours if you stay hydrated. Good Luck!

it's because you haven't drank in to long! Were you drinking something that you are not used to? Or it may have had more liquer then you are used to. just drink a lot of gatorade so that you will have something to throw up and SLEEP that way you don't have to feel it, by the time you wake up you should be fine

Sorry to hear. Just rest up, take it easy, eat nice neutral foods and sip water.
