He'll think of you before himself. He'll miss talking to you when you guys are working or are separted for any length of time. He respects you for you and doesn't try to change you. He'll accept you or your faults and cope when you don't do well... and will uplift you when you need it.
He will be your best friend and be the person you come to when you have something important to say... and he will want to listen.
People that love each other for real.. cherish what the other person is about and they respect the person for who they are. Infatuation is just a passing phase... if he does some of those things I would say you have a good indication that he loves you.
