Squamous cells line the urinary bladder and urethra.It is natural to have some of these peeled off during the passage of urine.However, you can take some vitamin C to see that cell adhesion gets better, and as a result fewer cells are passed out along with urine.

They are epithelial cells lining the urinary tract. They are shed and replaced when old. Shed cells are passed out in urine. They are of no significance.
