It depends...if they are truly acne scars (indented) then you will have to seek help from a dermatologist. If they are just post-acne marks you can do various things. One is to stop picking at your acne, and be patient because it will take time for the marks to fade away. You could buy Neutrogena's Post-Acne Mark Fading Peel. And you could also smush up cucumbers (with the skin still on) and rub the juice on your face. The juice acts as a natural bleach. Again, just don't pick at your acne because that is what causes scarring.

OK...i know its irritating to have scars and acne and crap like that....unfortunately, it takes scars a whole to go away...cocoa butter will work but it takes months..and sum ppl dont remember to put it on several times a day. try looking up home remedies b/c those tend to work faster...really!
to prevent a bump u already have from getting bigger/and to eliminate it and stop swelling...put toothpaste on it overnight and i swear it'll get smaller or go away
another thing u can do is get some visine and put it in the freezer until it gets really cold but dusnt freeze and put it on the spot where ur bump is....this stuff works better than name brand things....n e ways gud luck and make sure u look around the net for home remedies...i cant stress that to u enough!

you can get laser surgery, or 12 to 14 dermobrasin treatments at a salon. You also can get a chemical peel. but none of these will will do you any good if you are still getting acne. ask you Dr. about prescription treatments. ( ask about Acutain) then take action to get rid of the scars. Do not pick at your acne if you want to lessen how many scars you get ( i know easier said that done) good luck

Mederma works for the dark spots, but may I recommend an at home thermal cleanser and a good moisturizer with copper and Q-10 for retexturizing your skin, retin-A products will tighten up your skin but you have to stay out of the sun
