I do so everyday and to every one i meet or pass on the street.You never know how a kind word can make some ones day.Once I was on line at the store and this elderly white lady was behind me and her hair was done up nice and colored all silver blue,I told her how beautiful her hair looked and she just smiled and said that she'd been to LA to a family function and not one person said anyhting about her hair.she was happy that some one noticed her hair and gave me a hug.Make some ones day wit a kind word or deed,it could help erase some of the bad things you use to do.

I treat everyone I meet with respect and dignity always!

Amen, Yes we must walk in Love that is the most powerful weapon we have. Love changes people, it draws, it comfort's.
Read 1 Corinthians Chapter 13 it talks about Love that is something we need in this earth.

confident I even have tried. I even have have been given indignant on R&S yet particularly than respond with anger i calmed down and gave a greater polite answer or skipped over the question. chuffed Metta Monday would all be nicely and shelter, would all beings be chuffed!

just to add. some us say that we wouldn't b kind to those who r not good to us. i'm just reminded of this qoute from somewhere, if i'm not mistaken it was said by jesus..." do u only love those who love u? even the ungodly do that. love, even ur enemies. for all r one my dear son, be alike to everyone'
