Absolutely !! and add some liquid smoke to make it even better.... just a little for it is a strong flavor !!

Sounds Delicious!! Next time even try Raspberry jam !!! It is to die for!

If you're talking about raw hamburger, I would cook those first, and then add everything to the crock pot. If it's frozen meatballs that have already been cooked, then do it all at the same time.

Make your meatballs separately. Generally meatballs need more cooking that cocktail smokies.

You need to cook the meatballs first. You could bake them in a casserole dish at 350 or fry them on med heat then drain on a paper towle so you can be sure that they are fully cooked and you wont have a layer of fat on top of your sauce.

If you are speaking of raw meatballs I would do them first, when done add the smokies.
