what to do with philippine embassy in india?

my husband is in india right now,and he has a problem in getting home. his employer does not like to give his ticket along with 4 of his colleagues.they contacted the philippine embassy there, to no avail.what to do?

Your husband has to register a complaint against his employer with Labor Attache at Philippine Embassy in India. They will assist him to get back his ticket. Also advisable to make similar complaint to the local police prior to contact the embassy.
