It's pretty good. Did you come up with it? Maybe you can reword it to read...
"Do not laugh at others failures when you're not courageous enough to tackle one"
Keep the "one" the same and let it have the same meaning (failure). I like how you used one as a metaphor. It makes the quote a bit more profound.

The meaning of this quote is not very clear. I get the idea, but I won't say it's exactly inspirational. I think a better idea would be something along the lines of:
'Don't let the failures of others stop you from realizing your dreams."
But, that's just my quote.

I don't really like that quote. Not that it is bad or anything, it doesn't make sense to me. I mean is it trying to say have guts to challenge a failure or what?
