Why do Catholic Bishops insist on segregating people from the Lord's table? Didn't Christ himself invite ALL people to his table? Especially sinners? Word is the Church is about to initiate a push to refuse homosexuals communion for not being in a state of Grace (akin to divorcees, etc.).

You ask a very good question......I have thought of this many times in that Christ came to show the high priests and pharisees that all the formal "scandals" as laid out by the Jewish faith at the time was ridiculous....all that matters is loving God and brotherly love towards one another. In a sense, the Catholic Church has done the same thing over the years and gotten away from the universal law of Love that Jesus came to preach. I hope and pray the religions of the world will go back to this basic law...love one another regardless of those rules humans have made.

Obviously, this is not just a Catholic thing, either, every religion has their formal doctrine that includes/excludes people from doing certain things within the church....but in reality, the priests and ministers are no better than the lay people. We are all equal unto God with our souls He created. It's just that the priests and ministers are naturally predisposed with their connection to God, it's their calling...but, some, not all, do not bring people to God in a positive way....

Catholicism is a satanic religion like all others;;; Christ cames not to build a religion but to save us ;;; religion is mens invention;;; at the end all the religions will be together commanded by the false prophet
