Pls. Explain/React about the statement..:

"religious life is a hard way towards reflection, it connotes communal and personal sacrifice thorugh the exercise of the religious rows"

I think you meant "vows" rather than "rows".

If so, I think this is referring to living as a monastic; a monk or nun.

First, they live apart, although in some order the monastics work among their community and are not completely isolated.

But I don't understand why "communal and personal sacrifice" would inhibit reflection.

The vows are most commonly chastity, obedience, and poverty, if I recall correctly. In addition, there is a certain amount of communal sharing of labor (everyone takes a turn at menial tasks).

I wish I could help you out better than this, but you may have to ask the person who said this what they meant by it, or if it was something you read, look at the context.
