about 6.5 Billion... I don't know the actual percentages but over half follow Islam... the next largest would be Catholicism followed closely by Christianity.

Something over 6.5 billion with 33% being Christians, 20% Muslim, 13% Hindu, 12% "non-religious", 6% Buddhists and 2% declared atheists.
